One of the children is semi out of frame, the other two are fully in frame. There are two names written on the back of the photograph, (Siksega and Teega). One of the children is standing on a bed, he is bound to this bed by thick fabric. The second child is sitting on another bed, and the third is laying on the same bed as the second child.

- Audio-visual materials were received in fair to poor condition; some materials require conservation treatment prior to digitization. The sound and visual quality of the video recordings varies from decent to poor. Many video cassettes could not be played in a playback machine; a couple have physical cases that have been destroyed.

- The collection was deposited at the Société historique de Saint-Boniface under a stewardship agreement in 2020 by Emma Jane Harper on behalf of the Bear Lake Stevenson River Project. Following the inital deposit of archival material by Emma Harper, an additional transfer of video/VHS was recieved.
- In 2023, Story assessed these videos and digitized a selection. Although the intention was to digitize all items, many videos could not be played in the playback machine; several need conservation first; and others contain copyrighted materials that cannot be digitized, ex., movies, TV shows, etcetera.
