- Custodial History
- Ce négatif a été numérisé en 2006 par Lorne Coulson à 600 dpi avec un Microtek ScanMaker 9600XL. Lorne a en fait une copie tiff à des fins de préservation et une copie jpeg pour pouvoir diffuser l'image sur le Web. L'image a été décrite par Elvis Koblavi et Jacinthe Duval en 2007 et a été préparée à la congélation par Carole Boily en 2006 afin d'en assurer la préservation.

- Photographie d’un homme et d’une femme assis sur un tronc d’arbre devant une tente au Lac Caribou (Brochet). On peut aussi voir une autre tente derrière eux de laquelle sort une cheminée.
- Raymond Dauvin a commenté : «July 3-10, 1952--A Dene man and woman sitting on a log in front of a tent in Brochet, Manitoba are identified as Sandy Nalgé and Marie Adèle Tchilekwidelion of Little Duck Lake. (Identity confirmed by Ila Bussidor who wrote; "Sandy & Adele Nalge .. they are from Sayisi Dene First Nation") Further information comes from John Throassie who commented; "They are part of my family from my late mother Alice Thorassie. Yes we were relocated from Little Duck lake when l was a child. That's my late mother's sister and her husband".---In 1956, the Sayisi Dene residing at Little Duck Lake in northern Manitoba were relocated to Churchill.»
