Mr. Editor, I have not the honour of being acquainted with you. I have never been in Helena. And situated as I am in the bottoms of the Missouri, I have never seen your paper. I know that is exists. His very name pleases me. I would like to publish facts which are not void of interest; for the public may be glad to get acquainted with. Please, read my articles. And, if you can, publish it.
